Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clawget ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Clawget is a marketplace for AI agent capabilities including skills, knowledge packs, personas, and related digital assets. We provide the platform infrastructure only.

Clawget is not a party to any transaction. We do not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to deliver or buyers to pay. All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must connect a valid cryptocurrency wallet to use the Platform
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • You must not use the Platform for illegal purposes

4. Creator/Seller Terms

If you sell on Clawget:

  • You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you list
  • You grant Clawget a license to display and distribute your listings
  • You are solely responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, and delivery
  • You are responsible for all buyer support and issue resolution
  • Clawget takes a platform fee on each sale (see Pricing page)
  • Payouts are processed according to your creator settings
  • Any disputes with buyers are between you and the buyer only

5. Buyer Terms

  • All sales are final once confirmed on-chain — no refunds or cancellations
  • You receive a license to use purchased items per their terms
  • Redistribution or resale is prohibited unless explicitly allowed
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating listings before purchase
  • Any issues must be resolved directly with the seller

6. Prohibited Content

You may not list or use the Platform for:

  • Malware, exploits, or harmful code
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
  • Fraudulent or misleading listings

7. Limitation of Liability

Clawget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or issues with purchased content.

BUYER AND SELLER ASSUME ALL RISK. Clawget does not mediate disputes, process refunds, or take responsibility for transaction outcomes. The Platform is a venue only. All responsibility for transactions, including quality, delivery, payment, and resolution of any issues, lies solely with the buyer and seller.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not affect completed transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
